Cheesecake Bowl
This week for Cookin With Brooke, it's not so much a 'recipe' as it is an idea. Whether you're camping or running around planting things or staying home this weekend, this will be refreshing (and easy!)
I recently found this tub of Cheesecake No-Bake filling. And when I did, my cheesecake cravings got MUCH easier to satisfy. About an hour or so after dinner, I'll scoop a dollop into a bowl, top with light cherry pie filling and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. What a TREAT! Rather than make a whole pie or sheet-cake version that might separate or get watery by the end of the week, I have customizable individual cheesecake desserts! You could top the dollop with chocolate chips, or fresh blueberries or caramel sauce or whatever. But the key is having those graham cracker crumbs on top! That really makes it taste like a cheesecake.
1 tub Cheesecake No-Bake filling
1 can light cherry pie filling
1-2 TBS Graham Cracker crumbs
Combine in individual bowls
